Successful test run of vacuum vapor deposition equipment for 6.5m primary mirror at University of Tokyo Atacama Observatory The 6.5m primary mirror vacuum vapor deposition equipment at the University of Tokyo Atacama Observatory(TAO) was successfully completed.
